Week 3: Gelato Week Internship »Ready and excited to try what you've learned? The Gelato Internship gives gelato students the chance to work in a real gelateria - Carpigiani Lab - for a week. Under the guidance of an experienced tutor, the interns will manage supplies, production of gelato and semifreddi, and sales to customers.
