- Luciano Ferrari: Internationally acclaimed frozen dessert technologist, with more than 25 years of experience in the Ice Cream and Gelato industry. Author of Gelato & Gourmet Frozen Desserts: A Professional Learning Guide, and contributor to many industry publications.
- Roberto Lobrano: Linguist, Marketing expert, and specialized in operations management.
- Alessandro Racca: He has been working for Carpigiani Gelato University since its beginning. He is an international acclaimed instructor in ice cream making and confectionary.
