The school offers a full immersion Course focusing on the day to day activities required in a frozen dessert business as well as sessions to realize one’s brand vision and how to communicate this in the age of Social Media. The one-day course will have hands on activities on making fresh cones, show the classic and new trends of Ice Cream service. This will continue by focusing on the day-to-day aspects of running a frozen dessert retail business. Finally, the course students will have a session to establish the brand vision and learn how to present this to existing and new customers through social media, collaboration and events.

The one-day course is scheduled conveniently after the Frozen Dessert Business Course.*

Cost: Registration and Supply fee is $ 100 per person. Additional person fee will be $80.
