This course is designed for aspiring gelato entrepreneurs who want to go beyond the basis of technical knowledge necessary to produce high quality gelato and learn how to run a modern and successful gelato shop.
You will learn how to manage a laboratory and the production of complementary products that require higher technical knowledge.

The course lasts 2 weeks. The Advanced course starts on Monday at 9.00 am and finishes on Friday in the evening, at 5.00. The internship week starts on Tuesday at 9.00 am and ends on Friday in the afternoon.
