The basic course on February 4th and 5th includes:

• How to prepare sauces
• Gelato on a stick
• Soft served gelato
• Gelato on a cake
The Advance course on February 6th is dedicated to experienced gelato makers.
The seminars are only for chefs, pastry chefs or gelato-related companies.
