Bologna, 2 February 2018 – For the first time since it opened its doors, Carpigiani Gelato University brings to Belgrade the expertise in Italian artisanal gelato. The occasion is Horeca Oprema Fair that will take place in Belgrade from 22nd to 25th February 2018 and will gather the best brands of catering equipment including Carpigiani, the leading company in the world for the production of artisan gelato machines. Inside the stand in Hall 2C the pastry chef Andrea De Bellis, Carpigiani Gelato University instructor, will amaze the visitors with the creation of gelato flavors, gelato pastry and other sweet surprises. Andrea De Bellis, owner of the homonymous pastry shop De Bellis in Rome, counts among his collaborations those with some great names of the Haute cuisine such as Paco Torreblanca, Ferran Adrià and the Roca Brothers. The stand is organized and set up by Mitrašević, exclusive distributor for Serbia, and will display the Maestro HE** and Ready 30 45 batch freezers and the Pastoraster 60 XPL P. Horeca Oprema 2018 pasteurizer takes place at the same time as the International Tourism Fair and the Wine Fair. this year will also feature homemade ice cream.
