Starting from the 2018/2019 academic year, Carpigiani technologies will be used in the headquarters of L'Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP) in Yssingeaux.

France, Italy and Japan united by an international partnership that enriches the world of gelato pastry. From its Tokyo headquarters, Carpigiani Gelato Pastry University announces a new academic partnership with Ducasse Education, a culinary institution founded by world-renowned Chef Alain Ducasse. Starting with the 2018/2019 academic year, technology produced by Carpigiani, the world's top manufacturer of machines for artisanal gelato and pastry, will be used in the headquarters of L'Ecole Nationale Supérieure de Pâtisserie (ENSP) in Yssingeaux, one of the three Ducasse Education schools in France.
