On June 6th and 7th, 2018, in Johannesburg, the first-ever gelato seminar brings the tradition of Italian-style artisanal gelato to South Africa
From Italy, the home of artisan gelato, Carpigiani Gelato University is proud to announce the first-ever Gelato Seminar in South Africa. The international school for successful gelato entrepreneurs will organize in Johannesburg, on June 6th and 7th, 2018, at the renowned FBI Chef School, a special two-day seminar conducted by Italian maestro and Gelato University instructor Stefano Tarquinio.
Stefano is a new generation gelato maker and a very passionate teacher. He started at a young age with his own gelato shop and a few years later he became very famous in Bologna for his high-quality gelato. He began teaching soon after, enriching his experience with several international courses and consultations.
The seminar is designed for future gelato entrepreneurs and for professionals willing to improve or increase the variety of their products.
