The Carpigiani Gelato University has welcomed the requests of many students who attend the base and intermediate courses launching the New Gelato Week Professional. A one-week course that covers many topics needed to develop successful businesses in the world of gelato. The course covers, in addition to advanced techniques of production of gelato, the following topics: marketing, communication, business plan, layout, etc..
