Frozen Dessert Business & Basics Lv.1

New to frozen dessert? Not a problem! This class is a beginner course. Learn the fundamentals of starting you own successful business, how to use our machines, and how to make ice cream, gelato, and more This class will give a general education on all the frozen dessert produced in North America.

Food Science & Recipes development Lv.2

Once you have the basics mastered with the level 1 course it’s time to move to level 2 where you will learn about analyzing ingredients and recipe balancing. The core of the class is to give you the ability to recognize eventual defects in your frozen desserts and give you all the knowledge to improve the quality of your products.
