First of all please register online, then choose the course you are interested in, the dates, the language, then go on with your registration to the course. Otherwise you can send an e-mail to info@gelatouniversity.com indicating the course you are interested in. Carpigiani staff will make the registration for you.
You can submit your payment in the following methods:

1. With credit card.
2. Via wire transfer. You must submit the payment WITHIN 20 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE COURSE.

The course must be paid for AT LEAST 10 DAYS BEFORE lessons start.

Usually the day before classes start. If total number of participants reaches the limit set for a given course, registrations will be closed earlier. In such cases Carpigiani Gelato University will consider the possibility of adding a new course on its calendar in order to satisfy the demand.
Campus courses in Bologna start at 9.30 am and finish at 5.30 pm. For other locations, dates and times for each course vary according to the location and can be found here: https://www.gelatouniversity.com/en/contact-us/carpigiani-worldwide. Check these details carefully when you sign up for a course.
In case of postponement of a course, the Carpigiani Gelato University commits to inform the participants within 10 days from the scheduled first day of the course, by mail or phone. The advanced payment can be used as a credit for other dates fixed by Carpigiani Gelato University or can be requested for a full refund.
For approved refunds, Carpigiani Gelato University will refund within 30 working days after the request by the student. Transportation costs will be refunded as well (the receipts for these expenses should be sent to Carpigiani by fax or mail).
If the student decides to cancel his/her enrollment to the course, the notification must be made within 7 days before the beginning of the course. The communication must be in writing, by email or using the fax number: 0039 051-6505305. The refund or credit of 80% of total gross value will be made by Carpigiani Gelato University.
A student who leaves the training program once it has already started can recover the sessions, according to the schedule and the availability of Carpigiani University, but will not be refunded.
Your participation can be substituted by family or friends, by written notice, by email or fax before the course starts.
Carpigiani Gelato University has negotiated special rates at a few hotels in the area. CGU staff can make reservations for those who need them. Simply provide CGU with the names of the people who need a room, dates of arrival and departure, and the type of room required (single, double, triple). The cost of the hotel stay is the responsibility of the participant and must be paid to the hotel at checkout. Hotel costs are NOT paid to CGU.
CGU will provide a free shuttle that transports students to and from the campus.
The hotel cost includes breakfast. For lunch, students eat for free in the Carpigiani cafeteria. Students will have to make their own arrangements for dinner, either at the hotel or local restaurants.
Carpigiani Gelato University provides everything necessary for the course: notebook, syllabus, pen for the theoretical part; uniform, apron and cap for the lab work. Students should dress comfortably and wear practical shoes (non-slip).
At the end of the course CGU provides a certificate of participation.
