1. At the end of each in-class course of the path Become a Gelatiere, you will receive a €1,500 voucher for the purchase of Carpigiani machinery, with a minimum value of €15,000. At the end of each online course of the path Become a Gelatiere, you will receive a €750 voucher, while for the online specialization courses, the value of the voucher is always €1,500, with a minimum spend of €15,000.
2. The voucher is valid for 1 year from its issue. 
3. At the end of each course attended (online or in-class), you receive a voucher. In this case, the Carpigiani distributor will count one voucher for each €15,000 spent, choosing the first voucher received in chronological order, and so on.
4. Vouchers cannot be combined.
5. The voucher is not available for students sent by official Carpigiani distributors.

You can register to a course or package through the website www.gelatouniversity.com. First of all please register online, then choose the course you are interested in, the dates, the language, then go on with your registration to the course. Otherwise you can send an e-mail to info@gelatouniversity.com indicating the course you are interested in. Carpigiani staff will help you with the registration.

You can submit your payment in the following methods:

1. With credit card.
2. Via wire transfer. You must submit the payment WITHIN 20 DAYS BEFORE THE BEGINNING OF THE COURSE.

The course must be paid for AT LEAST 20 DAYS BEFORE lessons start.

Usually the day before classes start. If total number of participants reaches the limit set for a given course, registrations will be closed earlier. In such cases Carpigiani Gelato University will consider the possibility of adding a new course on its calendar in order to satisfy the demand. 

Campus courses in Bologna usually start at 9.00 am and finish at 5.00 pm. Check these details carefully when you sign up for a course.

In case of postponement of a course, the Carpigiani Gelato University commits to inform the participants within 10 days from the scheduled first day of the course, by mail or phone. The advanced payment can be used as a credit for other dates fixed by Carpigiani Gelato University or can be requested for a full refund. For approved refunds, Carpigiani Gelato University will refund within 30 working days after the request by the student. Transportation costs will be refunded as well (the receipts for these expenses should be sent to Carpigiani by fax or mail).

If the student decides to cancel his/her enrollment to the course, the notification must be made within 7 days before the beginning of the course. The communication must be in writing, by email or using the fax number: 0039 051-6505305. The refund or credit of 80% of total gross value will be made by Carpigiani Gelato University. A student who leaves the training program once it has already started can recover the sessions, according to the schedule and the availability of Carpigiani University, but will not be refunded. Your participation can be substituted by family or friends, by written notice, by email or fax before the course starts with all the personal details about the new partecipant.

Carpigiani Gelato University has negotiated special rates at a few hotels in the area. Hotel costs are NOT paid to CGU and their cost includes breakfast and the shuttle bus to reach our school in the morning and to comeback to the hotels in the afternoon. 

Carpigiani Gelato University will provide a free shuttle that transports students to and from the campus, from the hotels Amadeus, Airport and eventually Verdemilia. 

The hotel cost includes breakfast. For lunch, students with super green pass can eat for free at the Carpigiani cafeteria. Students will have to make their own arrangements for dinner, either at the hotel or local restaurants.

Carpigiani Gelato University provides everything necessary for the course: notebook, syllabus, pen for the theoretical part; uniform, apron and cap for the lab work. Students should dress comfortably and wear practical shoes (non-slip).

At the end of the course CGU provides a certificate of participation. After the Complete Curriculum Become a Gelatiere, students will receive a certificate of attendace.
