Gelato Pastry University

A specialty school of Carpigiani Gelato University dedicated to professional pastry chefs.
The school's mission is to enhance innovations by fusing the culture of traditional pastry with that of artisan gelato supporting chefs to create new product lines.

To celebrate 5 years from its foundation, GELATO PASTRY UNIVERSITY becomes an international digital community for professional pastry chefs and gelato chefs, offering streaming courses, interviews and recipes for subscribed members. 
The membership is annual for a total cost of 100 EUR+VAT including all contents in the portal to be updated regularly.
