Objectives of the course
The success of a company depends on the numbers. Creating marketing campaigns or experimenting with new products risks being useless if you are not able to control and manage the numbers behind them. This course aims to teach management control and food cost calculation, to help the gelato maker keep the numbers of his business under control, with the aim of optimizing costs and increasing profits.
