The Advanced One Day Course offers an intensive in-depth study of balancing and recipe making techniques for Artisan Gelato & Sorbetto. The Carpigiani Gelato University Instructor will show how different ingredients affect flavor, consistency of the final product and how to combine them. Discover how to create your own personalized recipes and how to experiment with new flavors. This class is ideal for students that want to create their own unique recipes.
