The World Pastry Champion, Francesco Boccia, reveals his favorite recipes for making cream puff

At just 21 years old he ranked first in the Italian Junior Pastry Championships." Over time he discovered his love for chocolate, which led him to participate in the selection of the "World Chocolate Masters" in 2011 where he placed second.
In 2012 he participated in the Italian selection of the “Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie”; he was proclaimed Italian Senior Pastry Champion 2012 and won the press award for best dessert. He will therefore participate in the World Cup on 27 January 2013 in Lyon together with his brother
Marcello, also a pastry chef, and Maestro Lucca Cantarin will get the bronze medal behind France and Japan.
In 2015 he won the Gold Medal at the Coupe du Monde de la Pâtisserie, Lyon.
