"Gelato in fine dining": March 4 at the International Centre for Culinary Arts a special event reserved for chefs and pastry chefs with a special gourmet tasting menu.

At the International Center for Culinary Arts (ICCA) Dubai, Gelato will be served! On March 4, Carpigiani Gelato University, the most famous International School for Gelato artisans, has organized the special event “Gelato in Fine dining” reserved for chefs and pastry chefs who want to learn the art of gelato and add a little extra magic to their menu. From 10.00 to 16.00 the advanced course with gelato instructor Cristian Bonfiglioli who will explain the secrets of gourmet gelato and propose ideas for ceremonies, events and banquets. At 16.30 the ICCA  classroom will be followed by a guided tasting of haute cuisine dishes that all have a special touch of gelato.

The advent of high profit and new technology solutions create the ability to make adequate amount of portions is perfect for catering events and banquets. In addition the ability to use the Made in Italy concept to add the tradition of excellence to appeal and surprise even the most refined palates.”
