Advices on how to communicate your work, properly use your equipment, find innovative solutions and much more. At Sigep 2016, Carpigiani introduces “Gelato Genius
”, custom appointments on request during which gelato artisans will have a Carpigiani Gelato University instructor and a Carpigiani technician at their disposal to answer all possible questions about gelato, from the product itself to the retail sale. Gelato Geniuses are gelato specialists who can provide the necessary assistance in order to solve any issues raised by gelato artisans.
Bookings are open and meetings can be arranged from the 23rd to the 26th of January, within two time periods each day - from 11 to 12 AM and from 3 to 4 PM - at the Carpigiani stand (Pav. C7). Attending is easy: send an e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org stating your name, the name of your shop, what you intend to discuss and the day you have chosen.
We will send you a confirmation e-mail with the day and time of your meeting, and you will also receive a reminder call thirty minutes before your appointment.
