Este curso se dirige a los aspirantes heladeros que tienen conocimientos básicos de la producción del helado y quiren adelantar en la formación.

Objetivos formativos
El objetivo del curso es ofrecer al alumno los conocimientos teóricos indispensables para crear proprias recetas.

•    Granita y Cremolata
•    Práctica de Granita  y Cremolata
•    Examen
